One Peppol hand-over of one document. An e-invoice you send by email does not count at all on a paid plan, because an email costs Zeppol effectively nothing and a Peppol send is bought per document from the Access Point. The Free plan is the exception: it counts every document, whichever way it left.

Sending carries on, and each extra Peppol send is charged at your plan's rate, from $0.30 down to $0.20. Zeppol nudges you toward the next band at 80 percent of your allowance rather than letting the overage surprise you. A compliance product that stopped sending over a billing threshold would be causing the problem it was bought to prevent.

Yes, and it is the only one that does. Five documents in total, then sending stops until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is thrown away: the sixth invoice waits in the exceptions inbox and goes out once you have picked a band. Free exists to prove the whole path on one real buyer, not to be a product.

Because Shopify App Pricing has no currency selector. The plan editor denominates every charge in USD, and Zeppol uses Shopify's billing rather than taking card details itself. It is a real annoyance for a German merchant reading a dollar subscription against euro invoices, and it is a Shopify constraint rather than a choice.

No. Usage charges bill monthly, so an annual plan would only cover the base fee and would make the volume side harder to read, not cheaper.

No. Every band produces the same EN 16931 document, runs the same checks against the same rule sets, and gets the same archive. The bands differ in volume only. Withholding correctness from a cheaper plan would be selling you a risk.

Write to [email protected]. Above that volume the Access Point contract stops publishing a rate, so Zeppol does not commit to one either.

Shopify does, on your regular Shopify invoice. Zeppol never sees a card number. Prices exclude VAT, and Shopify keeps 2.9 percent of every charge.
